Refunds, Cancellations & Shipping Policy

Each hat and necklace is handmade with care, which means slight variations in size, placement, or overall design may occur. These unique details are part of the charm of custom, handmade goods.

Because every item is made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.

If you receive your item and notice a problem or believe there was a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right! Anything reported after 24 hours of being marked “delivered” (according to the tracking information) will not be accepted.

Please double-check your patch and charm numbers, spellings, and order details before checkout—your custom item will be created exactly as requested. No refunds will be given for incorrect patch or charm selections provided by the customer.

Please also note that layering thicker patches underneath thinner patches may result in visibility through the top patch, so keep this in mind when designing your custom piece!

If we reach out to you with a question about your order (such as missing information, patch/charm clarification, or stock issues) and do not receive a response within 5 days, your order may be canceled.
