Shipping policy
Once your package has been shipped, it is out of our hands. Dust to Dock Boutique is not responsible for lost, missing, delayed, or stolen packages during the shipping process. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or shipping provider directly for assistance.
If a package is returned to us because the shipping provider was unable to successfully deliver it (due to an incorrect address, missed pickup, or any other delivery issue), you will be responsible for:
-Paying the new shipping fee to have it resent, and
-A 10% handling/restocking fee for processing and re-shipping your order.
PLEASE DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT TO ENSURE YOUR ORDER ARRIVES SAFELY AND ON TIME!
