The best way to place an order is to DM us on Instagram (preferred!) or TikTok. This way, you can see your vision come to life while we send you some example pictures of exactly what your necklace will look like!

Once you reach out, we’ll walk you through your charm options and send over layout and design ideas to bring your necklace to life. We’ll work together to make sure it’s just right!

After finalizing your design, we’ll confirm all the details, pricing, and shipping info before we get started on your custom piece.

Necklace Care Disclaimer

Please handle your custom charm necklace with care to preserve its quality and appearance over time.

While our chains are thoughtfully selected for both style and durability, they are not waterproof or tarnish-proof. We recommend removing your necklace before showering, swimming, or engaging in activities where it may be exposed to water or excessive moisture, as this may cause the metal to tarnish or fade more quickly.

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, oils, and sprays, as chemicals can react with the metal and accelerate tarnishing or discoloration. Apply any body products first, allow them to dry, and then put on your necklace.

To extend the life of your jewelry:

• Store it in a dry, cool place when not in use (ideally in an airtight bag or jewelry box).
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing to remove any residue from skin contact. 
• Avoid sleeping in your necklace to prevent breakage or wear.

Please Note: Due to the nature of the material used, Dust to Dock Boutique is not responsible for tarnishing, fading, or discoloartion that occues over time as a result of wear, care, or exposure to mositure and products. Tarnishing is considered normal wear and is NOT eligible for refunds, exchanges, or replacements.

Refunds & Cancellations

Each necklace is handmade with care, which means slight variations in size, charm placement, or overall design may occur. These unique details are part of the charm of custom, handmade goods.

Because every item is made-to-order, all sales are final. We do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.

If you receive your item and notice a problem or believe there was a mistake, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We'll do our best to make it right!

Please double-check your charm numbers, spellings, and details at checkout—we create your custom order exactly as requested. NO refunds will be given if you have given us the wrong charm number(s). 

If we try to reach out to you regarding charm questions, charm numbers, or if we run out of stock of something and you do not respond within 7 days, we will cancel your order!
